Hydrogen Afloat at Electrika 2024

Hydrogen Afloat Ltd make HyArk, a domestic power system for inland waterway boats based on hydrogen fuel cell technology.  Almost silent in operation and with no local air pollution, HyArk provides up to 200W of DC power, keeping your domestic batteries fully charged.  Our hydrogen is stored in two “G20” cylinders, hired from BOC, each containing around 6.5kWh of stored energy.

Larger fuel cells are available and we considering developing a range extender / get you home version for all electric canal boats.  We look forward to talking to others with an interest in sustainable boating.
